Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds
Minutes of the September 12, 2013 Meeting
Present: Mayor Driscoll, William P. Goreham, Thaddeus Buczko, and Sumner Jones
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Driscoll at 5:30 P.M.
Cindy’s Planet submitted their food totals for the Read Fund Picnic.
Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to approve $363.00 from the Picnic Funds to pay for the services. The motion was seconded by Sumner Jones and voted unanimously.
The Council on Aging submitted two requests for medication expense reimbursements.
Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to approve $75.97 from the Endicott Fund for the expenses. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.
One late scholarship application was received. William P. Goreham made a motion to approved $155.00 from the Beane Fund for the request. The motion was seconded by Sumner Jones and voted unanimously.
Thank you notes from the North Shore Concert Band and from a scholarship award student were shared.
October 1, 2013 – second quarter checks will be issued for Large Grants FY2014. The breakdown will be recorded in the October minutes.
Thad-deus Buczko made a motion to approve the minutes of the August 15, 2013 meeting. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
